Where are you located?

We're in Baton Rouge, about 5 minutes from the airport. When you place your first order, we'll send you our exact address for pickup!

What are your hours of operation?

Pickup hours are Tues.-Sun. 9AM-7PM *please contact me before you are in route

Contact hours are 7 days a week 8AM-5PM

When is a new menu posted? How far in advance can I place my order?

Our meal prep menu is released monthly so you can plan ahead. Each week, we'll share specific meal availability and reminders based on that monthly menu.

You can place your order any time once the monthly menu is released. Orders are accepted weekly, with a cutoff each Thursday at 8PM for the upcoming week.

When are meal prep orders due and when is pickup?

As of January 18th 2026, orders are due every Thursday by 8PM. Any orders submitted after cut off time will be cancelled and refunded. Pickups are every Sunday usually starting at 6pm. Pickup notifications are sent via email or text.

How to order meal prep?

-Review the menu (on menu tab, if need be)

-Select the number of meals you'd like to order

-Type your meal choices in the "Order Special Instructions" box

*for "Build Your Plate" weeks: choose 1 protein, 1 veggie, and 1 carb/grain*
